Our Price Beat Guarantee (PBG) means that as a ValueClub™ Member if you find a lower priced identical product with a competitor (even if it’s on sale), we will not only match it, we’ll beat it by 5%.
How do I obtain the 5% reduction?
ValueClub™ Members it’s as easy as 1,2,3.
1. Record the price
This can be a catalogue clipping, screenshot or photo on your phone, webpage or similar, and/or written quote. Quotes must contain competitors contact details.
2. Let us know
Email with your record of the cheaper price to sales@thepoolwarehouse.com.au.
3. Match and Save
Once approved, we’ll give you 5% off the matched price and you’ll head home happy.
What items does the 5% reduction apply to?
Our PBG applies to all identical products and services that are:
- Supplied by The Pool Warehouse
- In stock or supplied by competitors, and
- Not excluded from the PBG (see below)
What is excluded from the Price Beat Guarantee?
- Cashback and coupon offers (i.e. supplier cashback or reduced price available via paper coupon or electronic codeword)
- Commercial quantities and trade pricing (i.e. a reduced price not available to the public)
- Stock liquidations (i.e. competitor clearance products or goods sold by a business placed into receivership)
- Some services (different service companies may have different methods for fixes)
What about online stores?
Our PBG includes products you find online – as long as the item is identical, in stock and includes shipping. When assessing the PBG from online stores we also take into account the added cost of delivery to your location (if any). If the identical, in stock product can be purchased and delivered to your location via an online store for a total price lower than the one we are offering, we will beat that total price by 5%.
