📝 Description
This is a one-way non-return check valve that fits the chemical dosing tube on Astral EQ salt chlorinators and Rolachem RC1/RC9 acid and chlorine dosers, stopping pool water or chemical from siphoning back down the dosing line when the pump isn't running.
Fitted onto the dosing tube between the chemical container and the pump head, it protects the dosing pump from backflow and keeps dosing accurate and consistent. It's a simple, inexpensive part worth replacing if a dosing pump starts under- or over-dosing, or if chemical is seen draining back into the container when the pump stops. Available as the genuine Astral/Rolachem part or as a generic equivalent.
